日奈森亚梦（日奈森あむ）（CV：伊藤かな恵）
日本动漫《守护甜心》中的主人公。因外在形象和真正的自己有很大差距而烦恼不已的6年级(现已小学毕业）。自从诞生下三颗蛋之后，便被圣夜学园小学的守护者邀请成为了其中一员。
初登场于第一话。圣夜学园的小学生(故事开始的时候是5年级)。粉红色中短发，特征是头上的十字发夹（曾有过很多颜色，不过最多的就是红色）。和守护甜心小兰、美琪、小丝、方块（正式名称未知，曾翻译成阶砖、戴雅、方块、dia）形象改造时，就变化为红心，黑桃，梅花，方块。变身后就变身为“AmuletHeart”、“AmuletSpade”、“AmuletClover”、“AmuletDiamond”，因为Amulet是护身符的意思。变身的中文版翻译就是“守护红心”、“守护黑桃”、“守护三叶草/守护梅花”、“守护方块”。
除可以和小兰、美琪、小丝、方块变身外，还可与其他守护甜心变身。
被人谈论为“酷毙火辣”，是众人注目的焦点，但真正的她并不是这样，实际是因为不擅于表达而被人误解为个性冷酷。有时逞强和乖僻，但却被误认为是“有型”。其实她是个纤细而害羞的普通少女。由于母亲最喜爱是哥德式和庞克式的衣服也成为误解的主要原因。“酷”的造型走做一人的现状苦恼的被授予某3个“守护甜心”，被各种各样的事情卷进。
虽然以‘不想穿王室披肩’的理由拒绝加入守护者，不过被守护者们强迫拉进守护者，担任守护者的JOKER。拿着守护者继承的“HumptyLock”。与星那歌呗的守护甜心绘琉、依琉一起变身，成为“AmuletAngel”“守护天使”、“AmuletDevil”“守护恶魔”。漫画喜欢几斗。但因为大家的意见，制作漫画者在动画中改为了喜欢唯世，因此真正喜欢的是唯世
