名詞的數指名詞的單數和復數形式。可數名詞表示―一個‖時用單數，―兩個以上‖時用復數；不可數名詞表示量時，通常用―數詞+單位+of+物質名詞‖的形式，如 a piece of bread (一片麵包)， 變為復數時，只須將單位名詞變為復數， 如：two pieces of bread(兩片麵包)。
