法律彷彿是一張無形的網，看似虛若無物，無聲無影，但卻與我們的生活密切相關。當一個邪惡的念頭剛剛閃過，法律無形的雙手便悄悄地靠近，當法律有大網在你身後展開，這就說明你觸碰了法律的底線。
為了幫助我們增強法制意識，提高自我保護能力，我們聽了王警官帶來的法制教育講座。

現在，青少年的犯罪情況越來越多，現在中國一年就有兩萬多個。聽到這兒，我不禁感嘆了，青少年是祖國的未來呀！如果青少年就不把「法」看在眼裡，那中國的未來會是什麼樣子？少年強則中國強啊！更讓我感到驚訝的是，青少年犯罪年齡越來越低，初中生較多，這是為什麼？因為初中生一般是住讀，沒有了家長的監督，老師也不可能時時刻刻看著你，所以，自覺性就鬆懈了，再加上有的壞學生還影響了一些意志不堅定的學生，所以，犯罪的可能性更大了，其次，初中生的壓力沒有高中生大，有時間玩，有時間上網吧，網路也有些不健康的東西，好奇心使勁促使自己去看，可換來的，卻是犯罪之路。更讓人心寒的是青少年犯罪的手段越來越殘忍，從小偷小摸，到拿刀恐嚇，最後還殺人放火！這些孩子走上犯罪道路，80%與網路游戲有關！是啊，現在的游戲大多是打打殺殺，一不留神，就會沉入「泥潭」之中。我想這也是為什麼老師要求大家遠離「網游」的原因吧。
在我們的身邊，一些同學老是犯錯誤，法律紀律觀念淡薄，屢教不改。他們認為只要自己不去殺人放火就行了，犯點小錯誤又有什麼大不了的呢？俗話說得好：「小時偷針，大時偷金。」這就告訴了我們：如果一個人從小就沒有養成良好的行為習慣，沒有良好的法律紀律意識，隨意做損壞公物，罵人，打人，甚至偷竊等壞事，不僅僅是給你個人的形象抹黑，而且會漸漸腐蝕你的心靈。漸漸地，就會使你經常情不自禁地犯這樣那樣的錯誤。如果你不能夠痛改前非，繼續發展下去，那些惡習就會在你心理根深蒂固，而且會越變越嚴重。到時，你很可能走上犯罪的道路，最終等待你的，就只有待在失去人生自由的監獄了。青少年正處在長身體、長才乾的時期，可塑性很強。但明辨是非的能力不強，意志脆弱，自控力不強，很容易受就到外界的影響，一步步走上了不軌之路。有的後來竟發展到了結伙搶劫！最後被公安機關抓獲，受到了應有的制裁。這不是又給我們敲了一記警鍾嗎？我們正處在花樣的年華，詩樣的年齡，誰願意在失去人身自由的地方度過本該非常美好的日子呢？
法律是冷酷無情的，它決不會因為你後悔了，或者是你不知道這樣做是犯法的而不懲罰你，誰觸犯了法律誰就必須要接受處罰。所以說要使人生走得輝煌燦爛就必須知法守法，而且要持之而行！不要為一時的沖動而做出犯法的事情令自己悔恨終生！同學們，讓我們行動起來，學好法律知識，做一名知法、守法的中學生吧！

講座內容: 法律知識講座老師、同學們，你們好： 今天，我想給大家講講未成年人的權利、義務和「違法」「犯罪」的概念以及未成年人如何加強自我防範意識。講課之前，我要向大家先介紹以下三個概念，即「未成年人」「少年」「青少年」。「未成年人」這一概念從法律上說它是以年齡的劃分為標準的，根據《未成年人保護法》第二條的規定，「未成年人是指未滿十八周歲的公民」，該法對未成年人的下限年齡未作出規定，也就是宣告對未成年人從一生下來就加以保護，舉個例子，每個剛出生的嬰兒都享有財產繼承權。「少年」，是指已滿14周歲，不滿18周歲的未成年人，按照實際上的規定，少年與未成年人是同一個概念，只是叫法不同而已。「青少年」是一個籠統的、習慣性的稱呼，既包括成年人，又包括未成年人，它不是法律上的概念。因此，在日常生活中，當別人稱你為未成年人、少年或青少年時都不算錯。但是在適用法律時，必須明確什麼是未成年人，什麼是少年，什麼是青少年，這一點很重要，因為不同的稱呼意味著享有不同的權利和承擔不同的義務。如今我們在宣傳媒體中經常聽到未成年人要積極爭取自己的權利，履行自己的義務等等，那麼未成年人到底有哪些權利和承擔哪些義務呢？未成年人作為公民的一部分，所享有的權利是相當廣泛的。具體來說，在我國未成年人的權利主要包括八個方面的內容：一、政治權利，二、人身權利，三、受教育權利，四、個人財產所有權，五、繼承權，六、社會經濟權，七、訴訟權利，八、其他權利。在這里，我給同學們著重講一講人身權和訴訟權利。人身權利可以分人格權和身份權兩方面的內容。首先給大家講講什麼是人格權，人格權是基於自然人本身所固有的權利，包括生命健康權、姓名權、肖像權、名譽權；身份權是基於自然人之間的某種關系，某種事件或某種行為而產生的地位、資格等方面的權利，具體來說包括兩個方面：1、親屬權、撫養權和監護權，主要表有：（1）未成年人有要求父母撫養的權利，父母不履行撫養義務時，未成年人有要求父母給付撫養費的權利，（2）家庭中不受虐待、不受遺棄的權利；（3）有隨父姓或隨母姓的權利；（4）無行為能力和限制行為能力的未成年人有得到監護的權利；（5）父母離異後，仍享有被雙方所撫養和教育的權利。2、知識產權，包括著作權、發現權、發明權、專利權等。訴訟權利，包括（1）起訴權（2）不被公開審理的權利（3）對不滿18周歲的未成年人犯罪的案件，在訊問和審判時，可以通知犯罪嫌疑人，被告人的法定代理人到場（4）被告人是未成年人而沒有委託辯護人的，人民法院應當指定承擔法律援助義務的律師為其提供辯護。以後有機會，指導同學們組織模擬法庭，這樣你們對這項權利會有更深的了解。接下來再給同學們講一講未成年人應承擔的義務，它總共有六點：（1）維護國家統一和民族團結的義務（2）遵守憲法和法律，保守國家秘密，愛護公共財產，遵守勞動紀律，遵守公共秩序，遵重社會公德的義務（3）維護國家安全、榮譽和利益的義務（4）保衛祖國，依法服兵役的義務（5）依法納稅的義務（6）受教育的義務。以上所講的就是未成年人所享有的權利和所應承擔的義務。
