二戰經典戰役之波蘭閃電戰
1939年9月，德國對波蘭發動了代號為「白色」的侵略戰爭。戰爭中，德軍首次成功實施「閃電戰」，顯示了坦克兵團在航空兵的協同下實施大縱深快速突擊的威力。一個擁有3400萬人口，100多萬軍隊的國家，就這樣在短短的一個多月的時間里滅亡了。第二次世界大戰由此爆發。
二戰經典戰役之不列顛之戰
不列顛之戰是第二次世界大戰期間納粹德國對英國發動的大規模空戰。而這次戰爭亦是第二沖肆次世界大戰中規模最大的空戰，除了英、德兩國之外，包括同屬大英國協的紐西蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、南非、愛爾蘭、牙買加、斯里蘭卡、南羅德西亞等國的空勤人員也投入英軍;許多被納粹德國佔領的歐洲國家，包括波蘭、比利時、捷克斯洛伐克、法國等撤至英國的空軍，也加入了保衛英國的行列;當時屬於中立的美國，也有志願者組成了「飛鷹中隊」(Eagle Squadrons)與英國並肩作戰。同屬軸心國的義大利，則派出「空軍軍團」與德國空軍一起戰斗。戰爭在1941年10月12日以德國的失敗告終。
二戰經典戰役之基輔包圍戰
基輔會戰是第二次世界大戰中最大的包圍戰，也是戰爭史上規模最大的一次圍殲戰。整個戰役持續了兩個半月以上，在正面300公里、縱深約600公里的大片領土上進行。蘇聯方面軍持久而頑強的斗爭，對打破德軍「閃擊戰」計劃起到了重要作用。使德軍在向莫斯科方向的進攻上受到了阻礙。德軍贏得了在斯大林格勒發生的戰爭史上最大的殲滅戰，卻失去了發生在莫斯科的戰爭史上最大戰爭的勝利。
二戰經典戰役之偷襲珍珠港
1941年12月7日， 日軍對美國太平洋艦隊的海軍基地珍珠港進行的一次空襲，擊毀了美國全部戰列艦。珍珠港戰役在戰術上非常成功，但在戰略上卻犯下了致命的錯誤。它的不宣而戰激怒了美國人，從而使世界上最大的軍事強國加入戰爭。
二戰經典戰役之莫斯科保衛戰
戰事開始於1941年10月一直持續到1942年1月。莫斯科保衛戰包括蘇軍粉碎向莫斯科進攻的德軍「中央」集團軍群各突擊集團而實施的一系列防禦戰役(1941年9月30日—12月5日)和進攻戰役(1941年12月5日—1942年4月20日)。此次戰役最終以蘇聯紅軍的勝利而告終。蘇軍取得了莫斯科戰役的勝利，宣告了希特勒「閃電戰戰無不勝」的神話的破滅。
二戰經典戰役之斯大林格勒會戰
斯大林格勒會戰是第二次世界大戰中最大的會戰之一，是蘇聯軍隊為了保衛斯大林格勒和粉碎斯大林格勒方向的德軍集團而實肆信施的防禦戰役和反攻戰役。在德軍以多出0.7倍的軍隊、0.3倍的坦克和1倍多飛機的情況下，讓蘇聯勝出。這次戰役勝利的結果是：蘇聯從德軍手中奪取了戰略主動權，並一直掌握到戰爭結束。
二戰經典戰役之中途島海戰
中途島海戰，是第二次世界大戰的一場重要戰役。這是一次航母戰斗群對航母戰斗群的戰爭。也是美國海軍以少勝多的一個著名戰例。其於1942年6月4日展開，美國海軍不僅在此戰役中成功地擊退了日本海軍對中途島環礁的攻擊，還得到了太平洋戰區的主動權，因此成為二戰太平洋戰區的轉折點。
二戰經典戰役之諾曼底登陸戰
諾曼底登陸是盟軍的一場戰略性陸海空三棲登陸戰，完全不同於在太平洋上的美日之間的島嶼登陸戰，只要登上灘頭就意味著勝利。盟軍為這場戰役一共投入了達288萬的總兵力、各種飛機15700餘架、各類船隻6000餘艘。盟軍高層人物為這場登陸戰構思了精妙和艱難的戰略欺騙，並最後獲得勝利。在歐洲成功開辟了第二戰場。
二戰經典戰役之瓜島戰役
瓜達爾卡納爾島戰役，也被稱為瓜達爾卡納爾島戰役或簡稱瓜島戰役，行動代號為瞭望台行動，是同盟國部隊(盟軍)在第二次世界大戰太平洋戰區中，於1942年8月7日和1943年2月9日期間在瓜達爾卡納爾和周圍的島嶼進行的戰役。這是盟軍戰略計劃的一部分，以保護美國、澳大利亞和紐西蘭之間的運輸航線，也是盟軍在太平洋反攻的開始。這是在科科達小徑戰役實施裂判輪數個月後，盟軍對日本實施的第2個主要攻勢。瓜達爾卡納爾是中途島之後日本的再次失敗，也是日本從戰略優勢走向劣勢的轉折點，從世界范圍來看，1942年底盟軍在瓜島的反攻和勝利，與同時期的斯大林格勒會戰、阿拉曼戰役一起，成為同盟國進入戰略反攻階段的開始。
二戰經典戰役之柏林會戰
柏林會戰，1945年4月16日—5月8日，在第二次世界大戰的蘇德戰爭中，蘇軍實施的最後一次戰略性進攻戰役。戰役於1945年4月16日發起，先後突破奧得河、尼斯河防線。25日又對柏林形成包圍。蘇軍在對柏林的強攻中採取多路向中心突擊，經激烈巷戰。柏林戰役蘇軍共俘虜德軍38萬人，繳獲坦克和自行火炮1500餘輛，飛機4500架。蘇軍也付出了30萬人犧牲的高昂代價。5月9日，受希特勒繼承人鄧尼茨的委託，德軍最高統帥部代表向蘇聯及盟國正式簽署了無條件投降書，第三帝國宣告滅亡，二戰歐洲部分勝利結束。
